A while back, I went and had a colonoscopy. The doctor said he found a patch of mildly inflamed area in my colon. I didn't think much of it at the time.
Also, I've had eczema for the last 15 years. The skin becomes fissured and peals. Also have low back aches, sore muscles (ankylosing spondilitis?).
Now most recently, I've gotten iritis. I've had it before but thought it was because of my contacts, but I stopped wearing those for the last two years. This is the first time it's happened without contacts.
My question is: Are these all tied together? If so, is there a single remedy that would treat/cure all of them? I eating relatively well, except for when I work. When I work, my diet goes really bad--lots of snack foods, lots of soda. I am realizing I have to cut back on work to limit the stress, which I am now going to have to do.
What else should I do? Enemas? If so, what kind? Sodium bicarb? I'm also eating more alkaline foods, cutting out meat and dairy. Any and all other suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks.
