The removal of fecal matter from your system is almost inevitable with any properly conducted enema. However, you should be careful with "hot" enemas, I would not recommend them. Warm water will not encourage muscle strengthening, and may cause muscle weakness. Hot is obviously dangerous.
Cool water has a tonifying effect on the muscles, but body temperature water is good to avoid disrupting Vata.
