A little trick for hemorhoids. Find the pressure point behind the left medial maleolus. What's that you ask? Your ankle bone. That big lump you have on both sides of the top of your feet. The one on the inside, just in back of the main lump. You'll know when you find it, it hurts. Press on that spot as hard as you can, suffer it out for about 10 seconds. Repeat 4-5 times. It stimulates the sacral plexus and helps draw the musculature in the lower pelvis up.
Another trick is to stretch your calves and hamstrings, especially the calves. Get on a step and let one heel hang down at a time. You'll feel it stretch on the back of your leg. Hold for 10 seconds or so and do the other leg. Go back and forth until the discomfort is gone. The Hamstring stretch is putting your foot on a chair and pushing on the top of your leg. Go back and forth until the discomfort is gone.
And walking with the hard healed shoes, or barefoot, with socks is okay too.
As far as the CS, I'll talk to my secretary, she takes care of all that. I can't charge you for it, that's how you get in trouble. Has to be free. It's easy to make though, I'm sure there are instructon somewhere on the Net about it. All it takes is three 8 volt batteries, some silver rods, a little wire and some alligator clips.
