its not really abount acidity. It mroe about the amount of
Sugar in a tomato. Some can get away with it , some cannot. Same with grapefruit. If you have candida you need to pay attention to the amount of sugar. If a grapefruit is higher than say 3 g of
Sugar per serving I would not eat it. Also, try a little , if it does not bother you you might be okay with it.
Sounds like you may be getting ph acidity confused with acidic food. Food that tastes bitter or acidic does not make the body acidic. It is all about what the body turns the food into. There are charts on the internet. Many of them are contradictory about several foods. But for the most part they all agree that certain foods will make your body more acidic. Coffee I remember as being one, blueberries also. Google ph food and you can see for yourself.
