You need to eat fermented soy. Soy milk,soy cheese,tofu, etc is loaded with phytates and enzyme inhibitors. I guess if you soaked soy nuts it would be ok...but not 100% sure on that!
If anyone cares to challenge this, I dare you to do some research to back it up, as I have done plenty of my own!!;)
And I know people are touchy about their soy..
Try miso, or other fermented soy products like they eat in Asia.
I dont think they drink Silk soy milk in China.
