Just found out about the different blood types and diet. Since I am a type A and have always leaned towards being a vegetarian this is no problem except for what to do about protein. Anyone know what to do with tofu?
I just started this type diet and am feeling much more energy after 4 days. I've never been a tofu eater, but have already found that you can do just about anything with it. Tofu takes on the flavor of whatever else you are cooking. I stirfried it with veges and it was great. I have also seen that you can by tofu that is already flavored with things such as garlic. Good luck. If you find any tofu receipe books, let me know!
I was bought this book recently and haven't stuck to it's list yet, but was wondering about tofu as soya milk gives me terrible phlegm (worse than dairy, which causes it too). Won't tofu cause me phlegm if soya milk does?
