The active structures in flavenoids are in fact carbon rings bearing oxygen.
The basic structures commonly referred to as antioxidants in fact may be mis-named.
Here is a chemistry question for all of you:
Once the -OH group on a carbon ring donates the hydrogen (H+), hence the antioxidant action,... what is left hanging off the carbon ring?
Answer, double bonded oxygen. (=O) What happens to antioxidants at this stage is the most understated, understudied process yet.
Also, many flavenoids are attatched to carboxyl groups, -COOH, the same carboxyl group is found in a half dozen, popular, alternative treatments for cancer, viruses, and anaerobic infections.
If this carboxyl group donates it's H+ atom, what is left? Two rotating bonds featuring oxygen, (--O)
Invitro studies can be misleading but usually are very suggestive. Concentrations of active compounds are much less total amounts invivo than in vitro sometimes. Chemical breakdown by human natural processes can occur invivo but not invitro, meaning active compounds may stay active longer in a petri dish.
Cell line studies are important step in the right direction and sometimes give us advanced knowledge or inside hints into new discoveries. If I have cancer or leukemia; I don't want to wait for three years of human studies anyway.
The fact that flavenoids have anti-leukemia properties comes as no surprise to me as anyone who has visitted my website who knows that any oxygen donors will be found cross-treating different diseases if in fact they really donate oxygen.
Type in "anthracyanidins and hepatitis" to your seach engine. Next, type in "anthracyanadins and autoimmune," next cross reference cancer with this molecule.
If it is an oxygen therapy, it should be beneficial to candida, (anaerobic,) anaerobic bacteria, viruses, and autoimmunes caused by viruses, not to mention cancer.
Now, seeing that flavenoids miraculously are used or appear to help other diseases (that hate oxygen,) how can we maximize this therapy? I mean,....war is war!
Do we want to guess at how and why these therapies work? Are we getting enough of the active ingredients in these whole substances? What can we use in conjunction with this therapy to ensure 100% success and make it better.
Isn't that what we want? Who wants 90% success when battling life threatening illnesses?
I personally take six or seven different oxygen donors every day. I take aloe latex or whole aloe (quinones,) I take citrate, ( oxygen donor,) I take chlorophyll, I take alkaline salts,( attract free floating oxygen,) I take olive leaf for its flavenoids and polyphenols, I take COq10 to help burn extra oxygen. I drink green tea daily, and add 3-6 drops of peroxide. I take 2,000 to 5,000 mg vitamin c daily, and I was taking all this to treat a chronic infection. Occasionally I take garlic oil, cinnamon oil if I feel a cold coming on.
With leukemia, cancer, autoimmune disease, many protocols ask for 10,000mg of vitamin c and more. Take vitamin c buffered, with food, and mix instant acting with long acting. This keeps blood levels from dropping so fast.
I was shocked to see my only wart on my finger shrink away. My arthritic knees quit hurting for the first time in five years. My infection went away, even a tooth that was bad quit hurting. My mental cognition was measurably better. How? I have a chess ranking that after five years of mediocrity, went skyrocketing 2,000 points!
My tolerance to Sun U.V. rays increased three or four fold. I actually harvested dark shale stone in a quarry in 109 degrees without sun block. Usually this would devastate me. But I never peeled, I tanned. WOW!!! Now, I never used sunblock, I drink chlorophyll and take my oxygen donors. Remember quinones and ozone are used in sun block anyway.
Ok, I was amazed! I feel like God gave me a second life.
One bad thing about oxygen therapies. My golf game went to hell in a handbasket because my swing was so limitted and simple before. Now, pain free, I was reaching, twisting, yanking parts of my body that I could not move before. What an adjustment to slow down and now swing too big and hard.
So, my writings are not just a result of reviewing research, my writings are part of my lifestyle and practices,(personal experience.)
Leukemia may be a virus. It may be a cancer. But neither likes oxygen.
And if a disease hates oxygen,...maybe we should try to give it more oxygen!!!
