I've just started today taking 1 tbsp of ACV with 1/4 teaspoon of
Seasalt . I might take second dose later.
I used to regularly take
Seasalt for adrenals and foot cramps and it cured the cramps within a week.
I got out the habit of taking it. And it was cold last night, and i was sitting watching tv and my thigh cramped up. It was horrible, so painful, i was in agony and felt weak and shakey. Never had it in the thigh before. So that's why i started the salt again. I was told i also need potassium because of high tissue calcium which has started to come down with taking 'Armour' Natural thyroid Med.
Does the ACV give you potassium and how does that work with the salt?
I also have a lot of aches and pains. I also started on the colonix cleanse 10 days ago and have been forced to drink lots of water which i never used to do, and must say it has definately made me feel more energetic. I was wondering if the drinking of all that water and no salt caused the cramps to start again.
Does this mixture go well together or does it work against each other?
