uuaghhhh!!
I didn't sleep a wink yesterday night! I had horrible nightmares,he a few episodes of night terrors ,bad dreams and was running to the bathroom like every hour.
):

I had a big turkey dinner..with some whole wheat rolls (which I am highly allergic) stuffing (more wheat) mashed potatoes and a few tall glasses of orange juice (high fructose makes me really loopy and manic) ,my stomach was in knots for the entire night! I was farting all day and kept having to pee!

that is the LAST time I eat ANY wheat products AND high fructose corn syrup..I was soo out of it it's not even funny.I was kinda scared actually because I felt sooo depressed and anxious,I knew it was something I ate.The only thing that was grounding me was to remind myself that it's only a chemical reaction and I am going to have one of those days (moods all over the place,bad thoughts,anxious and paranoid etc.)

overall it worked and my day was a little better then expected though still pretty tired and loopy..though I felt better then I thought.

No more slacking for me..I did not feel good at all...
