From the thyroid manager link. Ug is the same as mcg. Didn't someone ask about
Iodine and babies. One drop could be put in a large glass of water and kept in the refrigerator and given a spoonful at a time for babies - am I calculating right? Someone with better math skills can help out here.
Probably faster just to put a drop of
Iodine on the soles of the baby's feet once a week.
What do you think? Note this is not therapeutic doses here, this is RDA, so it is the BARE MINIMUM, and I wonder how many children get even that.
