You just need to go to the site and listen to the speaker of the day. Mainly for me it is inspiring and makes you think about what things you are doing and where you could improve.
Last night I learned, or relearned that you should eat at least one raw thing with each meal or take enzymes. I go in cycles with my eating, but that may not be a bad thing. Eating the same every day is not so good.
Good luck with your plan of eating more raw. Don't try to make it too difficult :)
For lunch this week I took some raw sunflower seeds and put some water on them in a container and threw in a couple of prunes. By noon they had soaked up the water and I just chomp away. Very filling. Plus I have been trying to eat an apple a day. People are always asking if I want take out but I just say no thanks. It's easier now not to give in to temptation. I know I'll feel better if I say no.
