I will be done with my two weeks on Sunday and will be doing OJ on monday, tues I will have oj throughout the day and soup at night, than from there what should I eat. I usually eat fairly healthy, So I know about grilled fish and veggies, and most important is there something that I should stay away from right after the MC. I don't want to hurt my body or reverse the positive effects the Master-Cleanse had on me. Thank you for your support
