Day 3 - experiences minor throbbing/...

I've been reading the posts here for the last several days and they've been very helpful to me as I just started the MC. Thank you!
Here's something I haven't read about and wondered if anyone has experienced this. Every now and then I feel a throbbing mainly on my outer left thigh. It doesn't last long and it's not painful, but I'm very aware of it when it happens and can see it and feel it happening. This happened 3 or 4 times during day 2. Also, last night as I was falling asleep, I had the same sensation in my upper left are and the sole of my left foot.
Has anyone experienced this and do you know what causes it? Thanks! HP

This is a reply to # 1,041,544That's strange that it's only on the LEFT side of your body. It could be a sympathetic nervous reaction to something happening elsewhere in your body.
It sounds like a lack of magnesium. You could try a magnesium supplement, although I'm not sure if you want to stray from the Master-Cleanse protocol.
Alternatively, taking a detox bath with Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate) and baking soda is a good way to detox plus your skin will absorb some of the magnesium, and since it doesn't activate the digestive system, it's ok on the strict MC. Click here and check "detox bath" for more info:
