i saw them practicing in fairbanks alaska in the mid nineties out of eielson afb. you talk about jaw dropping. the first time i saw them, i pulled over off the road and grabbed a pencil and paper and made a drawing with landmarks and compas headings and all. i have still have that envelope somewhere. i shit you not, its for real as real can be. i am never over it and always watching the skies. if someone could get the stats on respiratory illness this past couple of months, an anomolous drop could be seen.
