I would suggest that you give it a go. Eating this way makes sense to me. Good protein helps fill you up, and cutting back on stuff like bread and other wheat foods will help in the cravings department. At least, this is what I have found. I do not follow the diet 100%, but it has made a big improvement on my eating habits. You do not need to eat massive amounts of meat, but regular meals with protein and good carbs do help to satisfy for longer, and keep the brain thinking rationally! Good luck.
