I discovered eating for body type on the liver doctors web page and have been doing that for over a month. For my type I should eliminate dairy and I have been trying to go vegetarian and organic as much as possible. About a week ago I noticed my wrist which was practically locked and contantly aching didn't hurt anymore and I have about 70% of them obility back to normal after at least two years. I also have less body aches and feel much lighter and generally better.
I just discovered the
Blood Type Diet here and notice O is to avoid dairy. I wasn't sure what my blood type was but I'm pretty sure it is O. And I am happy to know I can eat beef! There's nothing like an occasional yummy steak.
I am amazed at what a difference it has made.
I plan on eliminating the rest of the foods on this list and see what happens. I am going to try to find some people to go in with me on local natural pastured beef. It makes me sick what they do to animals just to exploit the gifts they give us.
