To learn QRA one must be a practitioner or related to one or have the 'right connections'. Marshall is quite aware of the forces that be and the onslaught of regulations via Codex and the FDA that are on our doorstep.

He follows their rules and regulations to a T and beyond. He showed the FDA inspectors at his facility that certain sanitation requirements as mandated by law were flawed and DID NOT kill bacteria. He uses the most advanced testing equipment you can buy and is the only company using certain testing equipment outside of Japan.

Since a number of draconian rules are almost in place regarding the restrictive control of herbs and vitamins (to be administered only by doctors) he is filtering his participants along these lines. At some point you may only be able to get herbs by prescription(!!!) and it might become against the law(!!!) to even GROW your own herbs.

Marshall is preparing for the worst case scenario especially since this drumbeat of health insurance for all may have these icky laws attached to them. So yes everyone will be soooo happy with universal health insurance (yay!) and all the poor me's will usher in these nasty tagalong laws that will squelch the freedoms we all cherish.

Universal health care is a bogus trojan horse very much like the fraudulant Patriot Act that ripped everyone off with very few questioning this. Be careful what we ask for in this case we may all be getting another dose of fascism crammed down our throats in the guise of 'benefits' for all. This is classical Machievellian manipulation. Squeeze the people first, then have them demand something in exchange like 'free' health care, then sneak in the poison pill. Marshall is onto this stuff and is carefully adjusting to this. The recipes for the clay packs are pretty specific and all ingredients have been tested for toxicity. Once the QRA test is done for the exact sites you still need to be tested again for whether the site has been 'turned on' or if it needs further packs. What happens is that after clearing the site it can then allow the next site to be packed and cleared.

Example: if you are bitten by a brown recluse you would address this by first clay packing the nearest download site. So if you are bitten on the left thigh the nearest download site is the left foot. So you mudpack and clear the foot first. This also applies to chronic cases. If there is a tattoo above the ankle you clear the nearest foot and THEN mudpack the tattoo. It sounds complicated but it really isn't. Bodyworkers get this stuff right away.

I worked on some one yesterday at the health food store. She tested well on the main points on the head. ( GV-20/governor vessel 20 or the highest point at top of head, then between the eyes, then the GV-17 point at back of skull). All tested strong. I tested her cell energy points located above each ear. All ok too. Then I did her Deep Sleep point on the mastoid bone just under the right ear. This is where the gall bladder meridian ends-the GB is connected to sufficient sleep. That was Ok.

But her rightside downloads (hand and foot) were jammed. Then I 'mentioned' that the tailbone can be blocked (some intuitive insight by me) and voila! She had severely banged the tailbone at the age of 14. That point was weak too. So we would need to claypack the rightside hand/foot and the coccyx before starting any treatments at all. Its the starting point because there is interference at these three sites and these channels through the hands and feet need to be opened. A traumatized tail bone may sedate the adrenals. See the triangle of coccyx to the two adrenals. Once unjammed then nutrition flows directly into the needed places.
