Have at least your TSH and T3 tested. Ask the levels. You really need to get a copy of the lab report. It's yours. You are paying for it. Don't accept the answer that everything is ok. This does not have to be done by an endocronologist. If you have a family doctor that you can really talk to, that is best to start with. I am a man so I don't have the women's issues, but I had all the others you list. Plus many more. When I was tested I was just barely above the upper levels at 5.6 on TSH. I luckily have a doctor that was aware that the ranges had been revised. That was a little over a year ago. The labs still have not taken into account the revised ranges. My doctor's response was "I don't want to give you medication unless you are having symptoms." I feel that I have had this problem for 10 years or more. I had looked at everything trying to figure out what was wrong. I was not to the point of being incapicated so when I mentioned the symptoms the doctors weren't listening. I just thought I was getting older and lazy. I have been working on trying to get to the right dose of medication and am still not there. I have been trying to learn everything I can because you can't depend on the doctors. It looks as if some people experience varying symptoms at different hormone levels. Some people have to suppress the TSH level to almost hyper levels to get any relief. It looks as if I am one of them. One month ago my TSH was 1.75 and I still am not much better. You need to be proactive and if one doctor isn't willing to work with you there is someone who is. I have a traditional doctor. Many people have success with varying holistic or other non-traditional doctors. I would start with traditional but not rule out the others. Your symptoms are not necessarily thyroid but that is a place to start. Good luck.

Thyroid problems very often evidence themselves in the patient's body temperature.
For way, way less than the cost of an office visit, you can purchase a highly
accurate liquid metal basal thermometer. I own a Geratherm, which I recommed highly.
An occasional one time spin with an inaccurate digital thermometer at the Doc's office sure won't tell you very much.
So, once you have an accurate liquid metal thermometer take your temperature three times a day and keep a log. There is plenty of information on this procedure on the web. Answering this fundamental question is well within your ability, your budget, and your control. Good luck.
