Sugar addict for years and years, decades even. I tried this and tried that and finally just accepted thats how i will always be. then I started eating a high fat diet. lots of fat, and especially raw fat. i began eating fresh raw cream straight from a local amish farmer, raw eggs, raw butter, cold pressed oils, cheese etc. after about three weeks i noticed my
Sugar cravings had diminished, after about 6 weeks i stopped craving sugar. now my only source of
Sugar is fruit or raw honey. thats it. no more candy bars or pastry or junk sugar.
