its really hard to say whats in the borax you get at the grocery store. Its sold as a cleaning powder, so they dont have to meet any purity standards.

if I was going to take borax internally I would get some from a chemical company, USP grade. places like Spectrum Chemicals or Sciencelab.com both have online chemical stores.

boron works well with vitamin D and calcium, so taking it with some raw milk or yogurt would work well I think.

I read on earth clinic that the dose is 1/8 tspn per quart of water. He did say the 20 Mule Team Borax. I've used it several times, but am doing a humaworm cleanse now so backed off.
