Water and Iodine

My grandma always washes my face with water and Iodine,
She says it will do my face fine, and keep my nails shined,

But I think she has something else on her mind
About that water and Iodine

Because if I ever have a rash
It's always gone in quick time
When grandma washes it with her water and Iodine

I think there's something to that water and Iodine
She says if I have some parasites,
They'll be gone in very fast time
They don't stick around that water and Iodine
