I found that from around Day 3 on I had only liquid Bms.
If I used maple syrup, the bms were yellow and clear. If I used molasses, the bms were dark, murky and the lemon pulp was coloured dark by the molasses.
Molasses seems to carry out a lot more junk from the digestive system than the maple syrup. They also gave me diarrhea, which seemed to loosen and remove more gut garbage than maple syrup.
I prefer the taste of maple syrup.
I didn't get any solid bms at all until I started to eat solid food. Even the tiniest amount of solid food activated the removal of mucoid plaque, which had been moving around but could not be eliminated during the MC, in some solid bms. You can always tell when it's mucoid plaque: It seems strung together with strings or rope, and it smells bad, while the other bms have little smell.
Probably TMI?
lol!
