I got nailed by about a dozen fireants yesterday morning on my left hand, working on a tree. Stung at the time, but can't even tell today, only faint markings. Previously, I'da had a dozen swells on me. Maybe I'm lucky, maybe it's the iodine, and maybe the ants were tired or it's something else. It is kind of cool though.
Walked through some brush on a hike yesterday - spotted a rattler in the brush on the trail 10 feet ahead of me, Made some noise and it took off. Colorblindness has its advantages - it was plainly evident. Question is, what do you do then ? Turn around and go home , or go forward ? I kept walking.
Lately Ive been soaking my hands in warm / hot water for five minutes, to open the pores, then rubbing straight
Lugols on them. Feels good, I feel a slightly euphoric effect from that in the backs of my thighs and lower rear end, as though there is some kind of nerve connection between them. More importantly, my hands are appearing younger. The "staining" doesn't last long at all - at least on me. Perhaps this is why the bites of my aunts do't have much effect.
I'm buried with work.
