Depression is
Sugar related you may be hypoglycaemic. My ex wife was diagnosed with that and it led to symptoms similar to chronic fatigue and to
Depression related to hi growing incapacitation and also weight gain. She had to remove
Sugar completely from her diet and then wheat also, which the body metabolises to make
Sugar when sugar is removed. But after doing this for some time, 6-12 months, she was able to regain a normal moderated diet again. She always shunned sugar while still with me though- except for treats. ;)
All this was done under the guiding of a good qualified naturopath. Doctors did blood tests and found nothing- she was 'nearly' positive for chronic fatigue but not quite, and they just put it down to 'post viral syndrome' or something. But with the help of the naturopath she was able to put those problems behind her.
