Back in April, the dentist recommended a root canal under my permanent bridge. I got a second opinion from another dentist who also thought a root canal was needed, but would allow me to "watch it" and return 6 mos later.

I started oil pulling in May. Mainly sesame oil w/oregano oil drops or an occasional coconut oil pull.

Now (October) my dentist could not find anything wrong w/the tooth that had previously needed the root canal. I had the best cleaning, ever..no pain or bleeding and very little plaque.

I am so happy : )
