distilled water is the only kind to drink. that said, it does need to be structured. this can be done with energies like light or magnets or color or sound or electricity or tachyons or orgone. it can be done with herbs such as teas(one of mh's choices). it can even be done simply by praying for it.

i personally do another thing that mh suggested - i set a glass jug of distilled water out in the yard in the sun for a day. this gives me light(full spectrum), magnetism and electricity from the earth and wind, and the added bonus of green, which is a very healing vibration.

and like 2tuff said, dont forget the salt from time to time, especially if you are drinking straight water instead of a tea or other juice or herb.
