well, it's alright to exercise a little but not too much.
Hyperthyroidism have fast metabolic rate, better no excessive workout especially no hot yoga. Light stretching is acceptable, or walk in the park and since you will tend to have fast heartbeat, so it's better to be careful. have u taken any medication to control yourself? doctor's prescription?
well, i got this friend of mine who also have hyperthyroidism, he took this healthguard t18 from singapore and now he's beggining to control himself. he said that it's been working pretty well and that he improve alot and getting really cured. all his symptoms seems to be back to normal such as neck enlargement, hyperness..
