Survivorman is the man I watch. Les Stroud
does not go into the wilderness with a
crew. He does all his own filming and he
admittedly does not show all the blood
and guts stuff although I had watched him
eat plenty of stuff I sure did not know was
edible. He spends lots of time explaining
how to make traps and get water.

Bear is okay but you know there is a guy
with a camera and candy bar in his pocket
and so Bear never gets the edge that Les
does. Les actually has had to use his
emergency Survivorman phone to call people
to find him after a blizzard on the tundra
and he finally succumbed to exhaustion.

I will never look at a corn chip the same
again. Did you know they are the best
thing to use as fuel in starting a fire??

Hand-down...watch Surviorman. He also did
a special on how to survive a Katrina like
catastrophe which was phenomenal.
