1. Ending the cleanse. From the book, it states the following,"FIRST DAY: Several 8 oz. Glasses of fresh orange juice as desired during the day. Drink it slowly.
SECOND DAY: Drink several 8 oz. Glasses of orange juice during the day— with extra water, if needed."

Does this mean that you should not drink water on the first day of ending the cleanse? It only says to drink extra water on the second day?

2. What if you can't drink 6 drinks a day. Does this hinder the elimination process?
