I started using Provodine Iodine 1/4 cup in February in my bath with Sea Salt . I used it every day for 3 months for soaking bathes. Soaked in a sponge and then painted myself while standing in the tub. Then I turned on the water and had a bath. Used this Iodine before I finally ordered Lugol's. I even painted my feet with the stuff. I have noticed that it turns my bath tub surface greasy. This greasy stuff seems to be soap residue. My soles actually got very soft and then I went to sandles and barefoot at Trappers advice. I honestly thought my feet would start cracking. I once had such cold feet that my skin was splitting on my toes and bleeding. Doctor said my feet smelled like chlorine. I cleaned up my detergent to a natural product. Feet improved immediately. I like the provodine for my bath. By the way, I saw a doctor out of England who had siamese twins bathed everyday in provodine for 2 weeks before surgery to seperate them.
