This is a reply to # 1,020,423This will be very healthy for you and the baby. You don't want harmful bacteria in your mouth (possibly to be swallowed) to hurt the baby would you? Also those essential fatty acids are key for a healthy pregnancy.
In the case of pregnancy, eat it, wear it and swish with it.

This is a reply to # 1,020,671Personally? I would stay away from stuff from the sea. Isn't that sad? There are some brands though I'd take but not all the time. The one you mentioned is one of them.
There are many other places to post this question. I'd do so on ask curezone for sure.
