MoreThis is a reply to # 1,010,757Oh, that's great. I wish I was down to 140. I'm at 201. I want to lose at least 60 or 70 lbs. I want to get down to a size 10 or 12. I have the cutest clothes in size 12 that I haven't been able to wear in ages. I have clothes ranging in size 10 to 22. Its going to take me awhile to lose 60 lbs, maybe 30 days or more.

My highest weight ever was 185 and I NEVER want to reach there again. But for the past 2 years I have been bouncing between 180 and 160. My final goal weight is 125 to 130, I am 5'2". Everyone says I look great for my weight and they don't believe I weigh what I do. But my evil scales always tells me differently. I can see a nice shape forming in the mirror and this keeps me going toward this goal plus the inches loss each week.
Good job and keep up the good work!

This is a reply to # 1,010,933Thanks, it will be exciting to get below the 200 mark. But it seems like my scale won't go lower than 201. And this morning it went back up to 204. What's up with that? Maybe I'm drinking too much water. I know for a fact my body is retaining water big time. That's what I've lost so far, is water. Maybe I shouldn't drink so much. I'm 5'4 1/2 inches. This is a reply to # 1,011,120Thanks for the articles. I have been drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. The article said coffee slows down the rate of fat loss. No more coffee. This morning I'm back down to 201. So, just water and see how it goes. By the way, I changed my User Name to a number. :)
