My new favorite lunch that is O friendly.
I cut up vegtables. my favorites are baby carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatotes and onions. I don't cook them because I want the nutrition of raw veggies. I personally use organic veggies.
I then throw lots of olive oil in a pan, cook some sliced up steak or roast in the oil (I personally use the natural meat) throw in lots of salt (mineral
Sea Salt ) cayanne pepper and oregano and some sliced up garlic. When the meat is done, I throw it on top of the veggies. Then take about 1/2 small orange and juice it in the olive oil in the pan. let it reach a boil then pour it over the veggies. The sauce adds great flavor to the veggies, and also by the time I eat lunch at work, they've been marinating for a few hours so the veggies are just a little bit less crunchy.
It's funny to watch all these people around here that eat their lunch out daily, tell me that my food looks great. It is yummy and I now would rather have that over a toxin hormone infested big mac.
