In general I think it's a good plan to allow the body to recover from the fasting process. Once your digestion has returned to normal, flush away! A good time for me is at the end of a good strong break, which will naturally be a clean, low fat diet, perfect for liver flushing.
Remember to allow two weeks between flushes, and DO be patient! It can take several flushes before you unload the major stuff. WELL worth the effort, however --
