and B-5, in the pantethine form...B-5 is converted into acetyl CoA, a substance critical to the conversion of glucose into energy. It also helps take fatigue out of the adrenals without overstimulating them.

When pantothenic acid enters our bodies, it forms a substance call pantethine. Pantethine is a more stable disulfide form (or a double bond) of pantothenic acid.

It is also a more active metabolic substrate that is converted into an enzyme called "Co-Enzyme A" (CoA). CoA plays a critical role in the metabolism and breakdown of the three essential micronutrients, namely proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

Vitamin C is the most important mineral needed for adrenal metabolism. The body uses Vit. C to make cortisol and the more that is made, the more Vit. C is depleted from the glands, and RAPIDLY.

The vitamin is also used all along the adrenal cascade, and acts as an antioxidant within the adrenal cortex itself. This is key because: the cascade constantly creates free radicals that impair the production of energy in our cells and cause debilitating fatigue
