I'm on day 2 of my first attempt at the Master Cleanse. The salt water flush did not work for me last night and I have yet to have a bowel movement since I started. Any advice?

Try in the morning and use the water very worm and sqeeze lemon. it work for me in the mornings, maybe try it at that time.
