hello iam 22 year old guy suffering frm tmj problem since from 4 years and iam keep on searching for the solutions for my problem but I didn't find any solution.........actually 4years back I often use to open my mouth wider and wider one day I felt that the right jaw muscle got tear then the problems started like I look like a druken person,severe neck and shoulder pain on my right,bad sleep always look sick cant do any work feel to sit idle...........so please give me any solution so that I'll bcome normal again
