I used to have sinus infections about twice a year
I collect old herbals and found a book
Dr. Jarvis Vermont Folk medicine
Chew a piece of fresh honeycomb for about
20 minutes till it dissapears in the mouth
you can do this up to 4 times a day
What a miracle!!!!!
Works wonders for sinus infections
and hayfever.
Local honey is best (non-pastuerized)
Have not had to go to the doctors for sinus'
