I read that the salt water flush is 2rounded teaspoons of salt to one quart of water, I did that but drink was almost unbearable and did'nt move me, now what?

I too find it hard to get 32 oz of warm salt water down. What I do is to prepare only 16 (or 20) oz of the the salt water mixture and 16 oz of plain water. I drink the salt water mixture and immediately follow with the 16 oz of plain water. I get the same results as if I chugged 32 oz of salt water.
And most importantly, after drinking the saltwater, lie on your right side for about 30 minutes. This is to get the salt water into the small intestine. (Don't forget your Smoove Move tea the night before!)

It is two levels teaspoonfuls for 1 litre of water. Also you should warm the water to tea drinking temperature. I did it this morning first time and it worked for me after about an hour. I drunk it all at once and then lied in bed on my right side for 30 minutes. Then went about my chores in the house and I had several bowel movements(around 5).Hope that helps.
