You should do the salt water as soon as you get up, before you put anything else into your mouth. It takes about an hour to run through. You will have more than one elimination but usually very close together(almost one right after another). After you finish your morning SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and eliminations you shouldn't have to go at all the rest of the day except to urinate. However, your body may need a couple/few days to "empty" out and eliminate waste from the intestines. Until then you may experience untimely BM's. As for your BM's being solid...well think about it...if you are only putting in liquids why would waste come out solid? Now as the cleanse goes on things may dislodge from the inside of your intestines/colon and you may get solid pieces unexpectedly hear and there. This is not the liquid turning solid it is decaying food impacted in your intestines/colon (that could have been there for years) breaking up and exiting the body.
