Open knowledge base is about more then one person answering the same question.
There is hardly a health subject where there is only one opinion. That sounds more like dogma. The idea is to have different opinions on the same page. The more important question, the more answers.
It will be those reading the answers that will decide who's answer is the most relevant, the best.
