I am on day 2 of the master cleanse; and, I am breastfeeding a 7 1/2 month old who is partly on solids. I have done this fast once before successfully; and, it revitalized me and helped my irritable bowel. This time I felt faint and shaky to the point of passing out so I ate some crackers at the end of day 2. Should I discontinue this fast?

Is it good for the baby to b breastfed while your fasting? does he/she get any nutriention out of? I think it should be waiting until your done with breastfeeding and wouldnt be comfortable to fast after that?
