The book states that you should consume 6-12 glasses a day. Depending on a few things: if you wish to loose weight, use less maple syrup; if you wish to put on weight, use more maple syrup. It also says to drink a glass each time you feel hungry. Use you own judgement, but consume no less than 6 and no more than 12.
