At day 5 of my master cleanse my tongue is completely white and covered in huge blisters and soars? Do I quit the cleanse?

According to the book, what you are experiencing is normal. The book states that when your tongue goes back to normal, pink and not covered in white bumps, then you can stop the cleanse, if you wish.

There have been concerns raised as to the safety of the Master-Cleanse - I would google David Wolfe master cleanse. I went through about ten days of The Master Cleanse and I would say there are better ways to cleanse the body. But its up to you at the end of the day!
