Swish lugol's iodine w/ water in your mouth by la0508 15 year
Put a few drops of Lugol's in a small glass of water and swish in your mouth, hold it there, then spit it out or swallow it (if you didn't put much Iodine in the water). Repeat several times a day, or as often as necessary. Just don't overdose on Iodine by swallowing an excessive amount.
