Symptoms of Discoid Eczema appear suddenly as a few coin shaped areas of red skin, normally on the trunk or lower legs, usually in adults.

The cause most likely is yeast (fungi).

To cure it and to prevent recurrence, follow the guidelines for Candida/candidiasis.
