I am on day 5 of my water fast. I have had a small bowel movement on day 3 and I mean small, like the size of a cherry. Is it ok that I haven't had a normal bowel movement in 5 days?

Yes, it is perfectly normal as many people are so heavily congested that they might have up to 7 days with no toilet visits. This, however, is a sign that your body has sufficient nutrients stored and dictates a much longer fast.
