I am having an extremely difficult time with the SWF- It takes me 30+ minutes to drink even half of the quart.. what options do I have? can I double up on herbal laxative tea instead? help

The book says we can do the tea last thing at night and first thing in the morning. The salt water flush is optional. I chose the tea. ;-)
