Does oil pulling cause your teeth to turn black? I did oil pulling for almost a year and noticed my teeth were turning yellow instead of whiter, so I stopped doing the oil pulling; now they are turning black!

Oil pulling doesnt turn ur teeth get black. The best idea i wud tell u is to brush ur teeth to avoid the yello segments in ur teeth.
