Stretch Mark Removal Options   by EllieB   13 year 0 of 1 (0%)

Stretch marks develop due to overstretching of the skin (pregnancy, obesity, and workout among others) and results as a permanent scarring on the skin.

However, there are clinical and home remedies that you can adhere to in order to reduce the size or minimize its color. Of course, all these will depend on your budget as clinical alternatives are really pricey.

Clinical Options:

1. Abdominoplasty
2. Laser Stretch Mark Removal
3. Microdermabrasion

Home Remedies:

1. Massages using creams or lotions such as aloe vera gel, cocoa butter, and Shea butter
2. Use of cosmetics products such as Revitol Stretch Mark Cream
3. Change of diet and lifestyle

Here's a helpful article on stretch mark removal options.

Try these...   by Iolite   15 year 0 of 1 (0%)

The old home remedy for stretch marks was coconut butter. Vitamin E oil...There are silicon patches on the market for scar improvment. They're in the first aid isle of the drugstore by the band aids. Cold pressed castor oil is supposed to be good too.
You can also try Cayce's scarmassage:

Zinc.   by CureMeFree   15 year 0 of 1 (0%)

I've read that stretch marks are a sign of zinc deficiency. Try taking a supplement of that. Be sure to look up (Google will do) how much the overdose of zinc is, I wouldn't want you to take too much.

I'm not sure about the other problem, sorry.
